Terms & Conditions

Thank you for visiting my webshop. If you have any questions or comments concerning an order, please feel free to contact me. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in my webshop. If you place an order you automatically comply with the terms and conditions.

Cancellations & Returns 

You can return your product within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If your package has not been sent yet, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund of the costs. Please contact me when you want to cancel your order, or when you would like to make changes concerning your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, as well as an approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks. 

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Guarantee

Please check your order after receiving it, as it could have been damaged while shipping. If this is the case, please contact me within 1 week via email, alexmaertzillustration@gmail.com. Please attach pictures of the damaged product and packaging material to your email. I will cover all costs to send you a new product.

Rights & Privacy

All rights of the products and illustrations purchased in the webshop are reserved to Alex Maertz Illustration. Under no circumstances can these products be replicated or used without permission. All photos and illustrations on my website belong to Alex Maertz Illustration.

When placing an order, you will be required to fill in personal information. This information will only be used to process the order.
